This programme is designed for
mature ladies and gentlemen (50+) who would like to have a
light-hearted language experience combined with a cultural
adventure in the heart of England.
Eckersley Oxford's 3rd Age Experience offers you the chance
to revitalise your English language in a relaxed and
supportive environment in small groups (max 10) with others
of a similar mind.
While the morning classes will engage you with English
language, during the afternoons and some evenings, you will
be out and about with a guide or teacher visiting places of
cultural interest in Oxford and further afield.
Our aim is to provide you with interesting and stimulating
excursions whilst also offering you the possibility to use
your English in real situations.
Programme details:
• arrival on Sunday
• classes from Monday - Thursday 9.30 - 11.00, 11.15 - 12.15
(10hrs Total)
• lunches are provided
• excursions/visits: Monday - Thursday afternoons, plus
Tuesday evening and Friday all
day
• departure on Saturday
